Job Description

As a Jr. HR Assistant at Carysil Limited located in Bhavnagar, your role overview includes: You will be responsible for supporting the HR & Administration department with various tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, HR policy formation, employee engagement, ISO audit, and social audit. Your core strengths should include end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, knowledge of HR software such as Spine HR, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assisting in drafting and posting job descriptions for open positions - Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes - Facilitating the onboarding process, including induction programs - Coordinating internal and external training programs - Maintaining training calendars and records - Assisting in implementing performance appraisal systems - Coordinating review cycles and ensuring timely completion of appraisals - Organizing employee engagement activities and events - Maintaining employee records, files, and HR databases Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: MBA/IRPM/MSW/MHRD/MLW - Experience: 1 to 3 years (preferably in a manufacturing unit) - Languages: English, Gujarati, Hindi If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them here.
