Job Description

You will be responsible for various HR tasks including recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping, administrative support, and compliance. - Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, conduct background checks, and assist with preparing offer letters - Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, conduct orientation sessions, ensure all paperwork is completed, and set up new employee workstations - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, employment contracts, and performance evaluations - Process and track various employee documentation, such as time-off requests and benefits enrollment - Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives - Assist with preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and maintaining HR files - Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, such as Form I-9 verification - Monitor attendance reports and assist with grievance procedures You will be working full-time in a permanent role. The company provides food and a Provident Fund as benefits. The work location is in person.
