Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Nashik. The Human Resources Assistant will support HR operations by assisting with employee records, coordinating recruitment processes, maintaining HR information systems, managing employee benefits administration, and assisting with training and development programs. The role includes addressing employee inquiries and ensuring effective communication within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
  • Knowledge and experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Familiarity with Benefits Administration processes and best practices
  • Skills in supporting and coordinating Training and development activities
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in an HR role preferred
