Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Administrator will handle day-to-day HR tasks including benefits administration, HR management, maintaining HR Information Systems (HRIS), and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role involves coordinating recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and ensuring the overall administrative support for HR functions within the organization.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience with Benefits Administration and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
