Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and versatile HR Generalist to support all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and maintaining HR systems to ensure a productive and positive workplace environment. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities for new hires. Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture. Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, provide guidance on performance improvement plans, and help managers with employee development initiatives. Compensation & Benefits: Assist in administering employee benefits programs, payroll coordination, and maintaining up-to-date compensation records. Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Update and maintain HR policies and procedures. Training & Development: Coordinate and facilitate training sessions to enhance employee skills and support career growth. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, generate HR reports, and manage HR databases. Health & Safety: Support workplace health and safety initiatives in collaboration with relevant teams. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably as a generalist. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient with HRIS and MS Office applications. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills:Experience with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
