Job Description

Only candidates who are comfortable in working on site at location Kuvadava (around 17-18 km from Rajkot) shall apply.

Role & responsibilities

Should have experience as HR Generalist and related activities.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including negotiating contract terms in coordination with functional departments
Work with business leaders on workforce planning, succession planning, talent classication, and career progression
Should have experience in talent management process.
Drive employee engagement with business teams by creating and implementing innovative ideas.
Manage day-to-day HR administration, and handle employee records and HR data are accurate and up-to-date
Prepare and manage monthly payroll.
Handle annual leave, attendance records, and probationary periods for new staff
Develop training materials and assist onboarding new employees
Completion of SMETA audits and other compliance-related tasks
Coordinate global CSR team

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 3-6 years of HR experience, ideally in an international FMCG or industrial company
Should have pursued a full-time bachelors degree; a full-time MBA is a plus.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Fluent in written and spoken English (C1), Hindi and Gujarati
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
