Job Description

Head- Talent acquisition More than 18 years of experience in Recruitment, leading hiring & onboarding specifically in IT services including staffing Senior stakeholder management - Build & maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, priorities and expectations. Manage and lead the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to offer negotiation & onboarding. Develop & implement innovative recruitment strategies to enhance the candidate experience and employer brand. Stay abreast of industry best practices in talent acquisition & leadership hiring Liaise with account teams and engage with business stakeholders to ensure fulfilment using multiple channels as appropriate Creates and executes a strong recruitment strategy to effectively achieve hiring goals through accurate forecasting and strong leadership Bring thought leadership to the Recruitment process. Handled hiring of at least 300 - 400 professionals in a Quarter Expertise in hiring for multiple Technology stacks Strong team management skills Good Communication & presentation skills Share cv at jyoti@windowsconsultants.co.in
