Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a global hiring strategy aligned with business expansion plans.
  • Build and lead a high-performing global TA team acrosslocations
  • Establish best-in-class recruitment frameworks, including sourcing, assessments, and selection processes.
  • Partner with executive leadership to address talent gaps and future capability needs.

2. Global Recruitment Operations

  • Oversee end-to-end hiring for all regionsIndia, US(as applicable).
  • Build scalable recruitment processes to support high-volume, niche, and leadership hiring.Lead senior-level hiring for C-suite, VP, Director, and critical roles across global business units.
  • Ensure a consistent candidate experience across all markets.
  • Drive operational excellence through service-level metrics (Time-to-Fill, Quality of Hire, Cost per Hire, etc.).
  • Build strong partnerships with global business leaders and hiring stakeholders.
  • Build inclusive hiring practices and diverse talent pipelines globally.
  • Drive global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) hiringgoals while aligning with regional needs and laws.

3. Workforce Planning & Talent Intelligence

  • Use market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, and talent analytics for strategic planning.Collaborate with Finance and Business Leaders for annual and quarterly hiring forecasts.
  • Build predictive hiring models for proactive talent readiness.

4. Technology, Data & Automation

  • Implement andoptimizeATS, CRM, AI-based sourcing tools, and automation solutions.
  • Establish a data-driven recruitment culture with periodic dashboards and insights.
  • Ensure compliance with global hiring regulations (EEO, GDPR, locallaborlaws).

5. Vendor & Partner Management

  • Manage relationships with global recruitment partners, RPOs, agencies, universities, and industry associations.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure quality and performance standards are met.

6. Employer Branding & Talent Marketing

  • Define and strengthen the global employer brand and EVP.
  • Partner with Marketing/Communications to run targeted talent campaigns.
  • Leverage digital platforms, social media, and campus partnerships to build talent pipelines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10-15years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least5+ years in a senior global leadership role.
  • Proven capability in managing large-scale and multi-country recruitment.
  • Experience inHealthcare BPO&Technologyadded advantage
  • Strong understanding of global hiring markets, talent trends, and workforce analytics.
  • Track recordof implementing TA technology and driving digital transformation.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and culturally diverse environment.
