Dear Candidates, Greetings from Saisystems Health! We are looking for passionate HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment . Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-up. Understand job requirements and work closely with hiring managers. Source candidates using job portals, social media, and referrals . Conduct initial screening via phone or video calls. Maintain candidate database and regularly update status reports. Coordinate interviews and provide timely updates to candidates and managers. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: 1+ years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non-IT). Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple open positions at once. Basic knowledge of Excel or ATS tools.
