Responsibilities

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions
Conduct initial phone interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system
Develop and manage job postings on various platforms
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers
Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to attract talent
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
