IT System Administrator

Job description Role & responsibilities Minimum of 6years of proven experience as an IT System Administrator. Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in VMware administration and troubleshooting. Experience with cloud-based phone systems and VoIP. Knowledge of network monitoring tools and practices. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware Certified Professional, Microsoft certifications, Cisco) are a plus Preferred candidate profile Microsoft 365: Users and group administration Exchange online administration Microsoft Teams administration VMware Administration: Manage and administer VMware virtualization environments, including horizon and VCenter. Monitor and optimize virtual machine performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to virtualization. Cloud Phone Systems: Administer and support cloud-based phone systems. Configure and maintain VoIP services. Network Monitoring: Monitor network performance, security, and availability. Respond to alerts and perform necessary troubleshooting. System Maintenance: Conduct regular system updates and patches. Perform system backups and ensure data integrity. Manage system documentation and configurations. Technical Support: Provide L1 and L2 technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues. Collaborate with other IT teams to address complex problems.
