As a Project Engineer_Civil based in Chennai, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance projects within an academic institution. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include: Project Management: - Planning, coordinating, and overseeing all phases of construction, renovation, repair, and maintenance projects. - Developing project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and within-budget completion. - Ensuring compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
