Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Attraction

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, networking, referrals).

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

  • Create engaging job postings and promote employer brand across channels.

    Candidate Screening & Interviewing

    • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess qualifications and cultural fit.

    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

    • Manage candidate assessments, testing, and evaluation processes.

    Hiring Process Management

    • Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle from job opening to offer acceptance.

    • Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring needs.

    • Ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive candidate experience.

    • Prepare offer letters, negotiate compensation, and manage onboarding coordination.

    Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

    • Partner with HR, department heads, and leadership on workforce planning.

    • Provide hiring metrics, dashboards, and recruitment reports.

    • Advise managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.

    Process & Compliance

    • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, hiring regulations, and company policies.

    • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment workflows and strategies.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.

    • Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.

    • Strong familiarity with sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean search, job portals).

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.

    • Experience using ATS systems and HR tools.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience hiring in specific industries (IT, healthcare, fice, manufacturing, etc.).

    • Knowledge of employer branding strategies.

    • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR, CIR, AIRS).
