Full Time
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Create engaging job postings and promote employer brand across channels.
Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
Manage candidate assessments, testing, and evaluation processes.
Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle from job opening to offer acceptance.
Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring needs.
Ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive candidate experience.
Prepare offer letters, negotiate compensation, and manage onboarding coordination.
Partner with HR, department heads, and leadership on workforce planning.
Provide hiring metrics, dashboards, and recruitment reports.
Advise managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Ensure compliance with labor laws, hiring regulations, and company policies.
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment workflows and strategies.
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
Strong familiarity with sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean search, job portals).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
Experience using ATS systems and HR tools.
Experience hiring in specific industries (IT, healthcare, fice, manufacturing, etc.).
Knowledge of employer branding strategies.
Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR, CIR, AIRS).
