Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Strategy Development and Implementation a. Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication measurement strategy b. Stay current with industry best practices in communication measurement and analytics • Research and Data Collection a. Design and conduct surveys, focus groups, and other research methods b. Analyze data from multiple sources, including engagement surveys, intranet, and email • Data Analysis and Visualization a. Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal communications b. Analyze data to identify trends and patterns c. Provide regular reports and presentations on communication effectiveness • Strategic Recommendations a. Collaborate with internal communications team to develop data-driven recommendations b. Inform strategic communication decisions based on data insights • Tool Evaluation and Implementation a.
