Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

IT Recruitment

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles using various platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Coordinate and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates suitability.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and finalize job descriptions.
Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with panel members.
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including feedback collection and offer negotiations.
Maintain and update the recruitment tracker and reports.

Offer Letter & Onboarding

Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts in coordination with internal policies.
Ensure proper documentation before joining (background verification, ID proofs, etc.)
Coordinate pre-joining formalities and provide a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Maintain HRIS with updated employee records.

General HR Support

Assist in formulating HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Handle employee queries related to joining formalities, HR policies, and documentation.
Coordinate with payroll and admin teams for new employee setups.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR / MBA in HR preferred.
3+ years of experience in
IT recruitment
and
offer letter processing
.
Familiarity with recruitment tools, HRMS systems, and Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in a tech/start-up/recruitment consultancy is a plus.
Knowledge of compliance and labor laws is an added advantage.
