Job Description

Role & responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring goals and business needs. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job boards, social media, internal databases, and networking. Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate suitability. Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, and provide feedback to both parties. Negotiate salary packages and close offers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, talent market, and competitor activity. Consistently meet and exceed placement targets and KPIs. Provide a high-quality candidate and client experience at all stages of the hiring process. Update and manage records using the CRM tools. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 13 years of recruitment experience, ideally in an agency/consultancy setting. Strong sourcing skills with platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and others. Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously under tight deadlines. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
