About the Role:

Technical IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for IT roles from understanding requirements, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, to offer negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate closely with

  technical and business stakeholders

  to define hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through multiple channels — job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
  
• Evaluate candidates’

  technical skills, cultural fit

  , and alignment with organizational needs.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a

  positive candidate experience

  throughout the process.
• Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  
• Stay updated on

  market trends, emerging technologies

  , and competitor hiring strategies.
• Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives or events when required.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in

  IT recruitment (5–6 years)

  , with focus on technical roles such as software developers, data engineers, cloud, ERP, and analytics professionals.
• Strong understanding of

  technical terminologies, skills, and job functions

  across software development, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) and ATS platforms.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
  
• Prior experience working in

  IT services, consulting, or product-based organizations

  preferred.
