HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels — from defining job roles to onboarding.
  • Create compelling and accurate job descriptions and postings.
  • Use innovative outreach methods (social media, networks, job boards, referrals) to attract the right talent.
  • Conduct initial screening, schedule and manage interviews, and coordinate with leadership for final selections.
  • Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Oversee HR processes including attendance, payroll coordination, employee records, and statutory compliance.
  • Maintain HR systems and documentation efficiently.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and maintain fair evaluation standards.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Design and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster collaboration and motivation.
  • Organize wellness, learning, and team-building activities aligned with company culture.
  • Support internal communication, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.

4. Employer Branding & Talent Retention

  • Promote the organization as an employer of choice through social media and professional networks.
  • Partner with leadership to enhance workplace culture and retention strategies.
  • Represent the organization at relevant HR forums, career fairs, and networking events.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a mid-sized or start-up environment.
  • Strong experience in both recruitment and HR operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently, multitask, and manage end-to-end HR functions.
  • Passion for people, culture-building, and organizational development.
