Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Intern, located in Gurugram. The Management Intern will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of Sales and Marketing of various wellness programs, conducting research, managing social media platforms, and engaging with influencers and content creation. Additional tasks include supporting event coordination, reporting on program outcomes, and providing administrative support where necessary.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic knowledge of social media management and digital marketing
• Ability to conduct thorough research and present findings
• Passion for wellness practices such as yoga and mindfulness
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a related field such as Business, Marketing, or Wellness studies
• Previous internship or volunteer experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
