Job Title: Human Resource Manager / Human Resource Executive Location: Kolkata Type: Full-Time (on-site) Experience: Minimum 1 Year Pay Range: 3LPA to 3.6LPA (take-home) Reporting Team: Reports to Director โ€“ HR / Founding Team Preference: Immediate Joiners Key Performance Areas: ยท Need experience with reward and recognition ยท Shall be able to manage the team in absence of leadership members ยท Need vibrant and energetic person to lead the people department ยท Can build partnership with vendors, and maintain strategic relationships ยท Organise in-office and out of office events ยท Policy development and Payroll management Job Summary: The position will be a key contributor to our HR team, responsible for implementing effective people-cantered policies and practices. This role focuses on enhancing employee engagement, streamlining HR processes, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: ยท Employee Relations & Support: Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries on HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues. ยท Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires and manage exit procedures for departing employees. ยท HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records and manage HRIS data integrity. ยท Strategic Partnership: Develop and be the point of contact (POC) for strategic partners ยท Talent Management: Assist in recruitment, performance evaluations, and employee development programs. ยท Policy Implementation: Support the rollout of HR policies and programs in alignment with organizational goals. ยท Employee Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives aimed at boosting morale, collaboration, and overall employee satisfaction. ยท Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and refine HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: ยท Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. ยท Demonstrated experience in HR, preferably in a role focusing on people operations. ยท Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion. ยท Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements. ยท Proficiency in HRIS systems and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office). ยท Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
