Key Responsibilities: Engage with inbound leads (students and parents), understand their needs through detailed consultations. Pitch and sell relevant services with empathy and conviction — every call you make has the potential to change a life. Own the sales funnel : manage and nurture your leads, follow up regularly, and close deals. Collaborate with marketing and service teams for seamless client onboarding. Update CRM systems accurately and submit weekly reports on performance and learning. Participate in team sales sprints , campaign brainstorms, and performance reviews. You Are a Great Fit If You Are: A recent graduate or have experience in B2C inside sales or tele-sales. Fluent in English, confident on the phone, and persuasive in communication. Motivated by targets and performance-linked rewards. Quick learner, coachable, and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced startup environment. Familiar with CRMs and Excel (or a fast learner).
