Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive. Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Experience Required: 1–2 Years Working Days: Monday to Saturday Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Variable Pay About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role blends design, social media, and content marketing, offering a great opportunity for someone with a strong eye for aesthetics and a passion for digital engagement. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) Graphic Design: Create engaging and visually appealing designs using Canva (Photoshop proficiency is a plus) for social media posts, brochures, banners, emailers, and other digital creatives. Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and execute basic campaigns on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and help grow our brand presence. Content Support & Copywriting: Collaborate on creating copy for posts, ads, and campaigns. Use AI tools to support and optimize content writing efforts where needed. Marketing Campaigns: Assist in ideating, launching, and managing digital marketing initiatives that align with the company's goals. Performance Tracking: Understand basic analytics like reach, impressions, and engagement rates. Track and report the performance of campaigns and suggest improvements. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the content, sales, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment. Who You Are Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field . 1–2 years of experience in marketing/design/social media. Proficient in Canva ; familiarity with Photoshop is an added advantage. Comfortable with digital tools and AI-based content platforms. Not necessarily a professional writer, but you understand good copy and how to communicate clearly and effectively. A self-starter who’s creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
