* Lead end-to-end HR operations, performance management, employee relations, admin and grievances and talent acquisition.
* Partner with senior leadership to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
* Drive organizational development, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
* Oversee workforce planning, compensation planning, and retention strategies for technical teams.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, audits, and company policies across multiple HR functions.
* Assist on compensation and benefits, payroll and salary survey and benchmarking activities.
* Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.
* Help build and maintain a talented, high-performance and inclusive workplace culture.
* Candidates having an experience of 10-12 years in IT Industry
* Should have good written and verbal communication skills
* MBA in HR with good academics is preferred
* Good experience in stakeholder management and employee relations
* Strong experience in a gamut of HR activities
* Strong analytical and leadership abilities.
