Role & responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department's daily operations
  • Coordinate arrangement of meetings- monthly and weekly connects like; New Joinee Connect, Supervisory Connects, Employee engagements etc.
  • Prepare presentation materials and reports in MS Office.
  • Support the senior team members in departmental objectives and administrative work as and when required.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Good working Knowledge of MS excel
  • Good Communication Skills
