vServe Group is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources operations within the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
Coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new employees
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and MIS reports
Support payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave management
Act as a point of contact between management and employees for HR-related queries
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication
Support performance appraisal and HR operations as required
Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR coordination or HR operations (preferably in BFSI industry)
Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR policies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
Well-organized, proactive, and team-oriented
