Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver quality talent within timelines.
Experience in Volume hiring with NBFC expertise will be preferred.
Drive creative sourcing strategies using Naukri.com, LinkedIn and other channels to build a strong candidate pipeline.
Coordinate pre-joining formalities, documentation, addressing queries and resolving onboarding-related concerns. other process set by the HR department.
Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
Ensure timely setup of IT systems, ID cards, and workspace for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems, ensuring data accuracy.
Act as the primary point of contact for new joiners.
Generate reports on onboarding metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations during the onboarding process.
Should be hands on advanced excel to create dashboards for data mining and HR analytics.
Driving Employee engagements.
Should be open to travelling.

Qualifications and Skills:

Post-Graduate in HR
Should be well versed with MS Excel
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS excel/Advanced excel.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Good in English (Verbal and Written Communication), Proficiency of Kannada will be an added advantage.
