Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Overseeing administrative functions and ensure daily operations are running smoothly.
  • Supervising and monitoring administrative staff (Housekeeping, Office Assistant)
  • Respond to the phone calls and interacting with staff to resolve admin issues.
  • Contacting and maintaining the admin vendors contact details.
  • Supervising the usage and maintenance of office equipment such as Systems, laptops, printers and networking.
  • Preparing monthly reports of pantry, system configurations and office expenses.
  • Walk throughs in the day for basic checks of the office.
  • Monitoring Monthly Costs to determine wastages, improved efficiency in spends or any others as appropriate.
  • Monitoring Networks and handling office security systems.
  • Ordering and restocking of supplies and office equipment.
  • Coordinating with travel agent.
  • Overall office admin works & coordination.
  • Coordination of Logistics travel.
  • Prepare month-end attendance sheet for payroll.
  • Supporting management for any administrative requirement

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interact professionally with internal teams
  • 2-3 years of relevant admin experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
