Role & responsibilities 5-15 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions Must have experience in the design and implementation of the modules Modules - ITSM / ITOM / CSM / FSM SOM / TSM experience is added advantage Extensive experience in third party integration RESTSOAP Experience with scripting in the ServiceNow platform Proficient in ServiceNow CMDB Agent workspace and virtual assistant Responsible for Solution Building and Team Management Proficiency in scripting languages JavaScript Glide Script and designing complex solutions Experienced in collaborating with teams to understand their requirements and pain points translating them into functional specifications Collaborate with technical teams to define integrations with other systems and applications ensuring seamless data flow Document processes configurations and solutions to create comprehensive user guides and training materials
