Human Resource Manager

Job Title: HR Executive – Operations Experience: 2 Years Location: Bangalore, HSR layout Job Type: Full-Time Department: Human Resources Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Manager with 2 years of experience to support and manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR processes, compliance, documentation, onboarding, and employee engagement, and be able to independently handle routine HR tasks. Key Responsibilities:HR Operations & Administration: Maintain employee records and HR databases (attendance, leaves, etc.). Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction. Support exit formalities including full and final settlement coordination. Prepare HR reports and dashboards on a monthly/quarterly basis. Payroll & Compliance Support: Assist in payroll inputs and coordination with the finance team. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.). Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR laws and regulations. Employee Engagement & Communication: Assist in planning and executing engagement activities, events, and surveys. Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, etc. Support performance appraisal processes. Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate with hiring managers and recruitment partners for scheduling interviews. Manage job postings, candidate follow-ups, and offer rollouts when needed. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR or related field preferred). 2 years of relevant HR experience, especially in operations. Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and documentation. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Preferred Attributes:Experience with HRMS or HR software tools. Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized. Team player with a problem-solving mindset.
