Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern with excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities and be capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to organizational growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and managing the recruitment and selection process.
• Support in employee onboarding, including orientation and training of new hires, as well as upskilling existing employees.
• Monitor attendance and office discipline, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and productive work environment, ensuring employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Assist in preparing technical and non-technical documents, presentations, and HR-related reports.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Help in implementing systematic staff development procedures and maintaining performance records.
• Support payroll and benefits administration processes.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of employee information in both electronic and digital formats.
