Position Overview:

HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Support onboarding and induction formalities for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
• Assist in the organization of training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare HR-related reports, documentation, and communication materials.
• Provide administrative support in daily HR operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related requirements and communication.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Pursuing or recently completed

  MBA / BBA / Graduation

  in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Eager to learn and develop a career in the field of Human Resources.
• Male candidates will be preferred for this position.
