SIMT seeking an accomplished HR Head to lead our people strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in building a supportive and high-performing ecosystem for our faculty and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR Leadership:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with SIMT's mission and vision.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on all people-related matters.
• Drive a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop effective talent pipelines to attract and retain top-tier faculty and administrative staff.
• Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for all new hires.
• Policy Development & Compliance:
• Formulate and update HR policies and procedures in line with Indian statutory and labor laws.
• Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Manage and resolve employee grievances efficiently and fairly.
• HR Operations & Management:
• Lead and manage all aspects of HR operations, including payroll management, benefits administration, and performance management.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee data using modern HRMS tools.
• Spearhead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 8–15 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Education: A Master's degree in HR or an MBA with an HR specialization is essential.
• Core Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Proven experience in payroll management, grievance handling, and onboarding.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.
• A deep understanding of organizational behavior and a passion for fostering a positive, ethical workplace culture.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

• Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
