Roles and Responsibilities

  • * Manage HR generalist activities, including employee relations, performance management, and grievance handling.
  • * Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • * Develop and maintain a positive employee engagement culture through regular communication and feedback.
  • * Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • * 2-7 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
  • * MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  • * Strong understanding of corporate HR, strategic HR, performance management systems (PMS), and business HR principles.
