Role & responsibilities

Senior HR

No of position - 1

  •  Drive recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees.
  •  Formulate HR policies, employee welfare initiatives, and retention strategies.
  •  Manage payroll, statutory compliances (PF, ESIC,gratuity), and labor laws.
  •  Conduct performance management, appraisals,and training programs.
  •  Resolve employee grievances and ensure a positive work culture.
  •  Prepare HR reports for management.
  •  MBA/PGDM in HR with 510 years experience in logistics/manufacturing.
  •  In-depth knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  •  Leadership and team management skills.
  •  Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Assistant HR

No of position - 1

  •  Source and screen candidates, schedule interviews.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
  •  Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
  •  Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory filings.
  •  Support training, employee engagement, and welfare activities.
  •  Handle basic grievance redressal and HR queries.
  •  Graduate/MBA with 1–3 years of HR experience.
  •  Knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS, and statutory basics.
  •  Good communication and coordination skills.
