Role Summary The Brand Trade Marketing Manager at Lawand plays a vital role in representing partner brands across Australia, New Zealand, and international markets. This role is responsible for brand performance, partner manufacturer relationships, market expansion, and cross-functional coordination. Manufacturer Relationship Management Act as the key point of contact for assigned partner manufacturers, representing Lawands values and professionalism. Build and maintain excellent working relationships through regular communication (email, phone, Zoom, Teams) and annual face-to-face visits. Resolve brand issues promptly and professionally; pre-empt potential problems wherever possible. Ensure seamless coordination between partner manufacturers and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with the Managing Director and internal teams on contract finalisation, if required. Brand Market Expansion Develop deep product knowledge and understand brand positioning, USPs, and market relevance. Seek opportunities in new channels and ensure brand presence in approved markets. Present brand extensions and market expansion ideas to the Business Development (BD) team. Share relevant market insights and performance data with partner manufacturers. Respond to market-related queries and ensure timely submission of market reports. Brand Promotion Management Plan and coordinate all forms of brand promotions (in-store, digital, and social media). Create brand-aligned marketing creatives and manage POSM requests; maintain brand identity in all assets. Identify qualified third parties for promotional execution and ensure smooth implementation. Manage promotional budgets effectively and prepare ROI and post-event assessment reports. Support brand negotiations and drive promotion approvals with internal and external stakeholders. Operational Oversight & Reporting Understand internal operational flows to propose workable solutions to manufacturer queries. Analyze stock and sales reports to assess performance and highlight potential gaps. Work with the BD team to gather retailer-wise forecasts and contribute to demand planning. Calculate CIF and retail prices using provided COGS, freight, and exchange rates. Address and resolve issues related to short shelf life, out-of-stock situations, and supply inconsistencies. Raise and investigate quality-related concerns and identify root causes with manufacturers. Coordinate the internationalisation of packaging artwork with manufacturers and design teams.
