We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Generalist with 2-3 years of experience to manage a broad range of HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and assisting in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage employee queries and provide HR support to staff.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as required.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience.
- Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
