Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Support onboarding activities including documentation and induction.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in conducting background verification checks for new hires.
Manage recruitment and HR trackers regularly.
Support employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.
Ensure smooth communication and foster a positive experience for candidates and employees.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
1–2 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals, and HR best practices.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Exposure to end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
