Job Description

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.

  • Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews and shortlist candidates.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.

  • Support onboarding activities including documentation and induction.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  • Assist in conducting background verification checks for new hires.

  • Manage recruitment and HR trackers regularly.

  • Support employee engagement initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.

  • Ensure smooth communication and foster a positive experience for candidates and employees.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques, job portals, and HR best practices.

  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
