Handle
end-to-end recruitment process
sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and prepare job descriptions.
Maintain candidate pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing methods.
Conduct initial HR screening to assess suitability, communication, and cultural fit.
Support in
offer roll-outs and joining formalities
.

HR Operations & Generalist Activities:

Assist in maintaining and updating
employee records and HR databases
.
Support in drafting HR letters, contracts, and documentation.
Coordinate for
new hire onboarding, induction programs, and exit formalities
.

Payroll & Compliance (Basic Exposure Preferred):

Support the HR team in
monthly payroll inputs
such as attendance, leaves, and deductions.
Coordinate with the accounts team for payroll-related documentation when required.
Assist in maintaining statutory data (PF, ESIC, etc.) where applicable.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written
communication skills

MS Excel

Knowledge of recruitment tools, portals, and social media hiring.
