Sap Fico Consultant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and certified SAP FICO Associate Consultant with 01.5 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals with valid SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) certification who want to build a strong career in SAP consulting. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong learning mindset, and the ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP FICO modules (Finance & Controlling).
• Work with senior consultants to understand business requirements and map them into SAP processes.
• Participate in the preparation of functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
• Support in FI processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO processes (Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis).
• Perform initial testing and assist in Unit Testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Provide day-to-day support for SAP FICO users and troubleshoot system-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: B.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / ICWA Inter / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent.
• Experience: 0–1.5 years in SAP FICO implementation/support (internship/project exposure will be considered).
• Certification: Must hold a recent and valid SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) certification.
• Basic understanding of core Finance & Controlling processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn SAP consulting practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of integration points with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
• Exposure to real-time project experience during SAP certification training or internships.

Note: The candidates should be SAP S4 HANA Certified.
