Job Description

HR Executive Talent Acquisition & HR Operations

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role Overview:

HR Executive

innovative hiring strategies

Key Responsibilities:

Lead
end-to-end recruitment (Non-IT)
sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and closing positions within target timelines.
Design and implement
creative recruitment strategies
using job portals, networking, social media, and referrals to improve profile quality.
Manage
onboarding, induction, and documentation
for new hires.
Coordinate
training & development
,
rewards & recognition
, and
employee engagement activities
.
Support
performance management
and assist in maintaining accurate employee records.
Ensure compliance with all
statutory requirements
(PF, ESI, insurance, etc.).
Maintain and monitor
attendance, leave records, and HR reports
.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

BBA/MBA in HR
with 2–4 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Proven expertise in
sourcing quality candidates
using innovative channels and techniques.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and email drafting skills
.
Strong interpersonal abilities and a passion for building high-performing teams.
Candidates
residing in
Hyderabad
and available to join immediately are preferred.
