Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Develop and manage training and performance management programs to ensure employees are familiar with job responsibilities, legal, and safety requirements. Handle recruitment (non-IT), screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and volume hiring. Oversee joining formalities, administration activities, leave management, attendance, and induction programs. Identify and implement improvements in HR policies and procedures. Provide support to employees on HR-related topics like leaves, compensation, and resolve issues effectively. Manage performance reviews and conduct regular feedback sessions. Gather and analyze key HR metrics (e.g., time to hire, employee turnover rates). Organize quarterly and annual performance reviews. Maintain and update employee records in electronic and paper form. Enhance employee satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and organizing team-building activities. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and statutory compliances. Manage employees PF & ESI registrations, and oversee GMC insurance policies. Preferred Candidate Profile: MUst have BBA/ MBA in Human resources. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in email drafting. Previous experience in HR, particularly in recruitment and employee relations. Perks : Provident Fund Medical Insurance
