Job Description

Manage daily HR operations including attendance tracking, leave management, and employee records.
Conduct site visits across India for audits, onboarding, documentation checks, and workforce coordination.
Handle attendance reconciliation and ensure accuracy for payroll processing.
Prepare and manage billing for multiple government sites in accordance with compliance guidelines.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, joining formalities, and HR documentation.
Coordinate with site supervisors, clients, and internal teams for manpower allocation and issue resolution.
Support compliance activities such as PF/ESI documentation, contract labour requirements, and vendor audits.
Maintain and update HR databases with precision using Excel and internal systems.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability and willingness to travel to sites across India as required.
Proficiency in MS Excel (attendance sheets, data management, basic formulas).
Understanding of billing, documentation, and compliance processes for government sites.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with teams across departments and locations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
