This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about people management, possess strong organizational skills, and are willing to commit to long-term growth with the company. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding Manage employee documentation, attendance, and compliance records Address employee queries and support HR-related matters professionally Conduct induction programs and assist with employee engagement activities Support performance appraisal processes and maintain confidential employee data Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations Stay updated with labor laws and HR best practices Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline 1 Year of experience in a similar HR role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently during night shifts (US time zone) Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of HR tools/software Commitment to a 1-year service agreement is mandatory Additional Details: Work Hours: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday) Work Location: On-site at Vaasavi Sky City, Gachibowli Transport: No cab facility candidates must arrange their commute Bond: Mandatory 1-year service bond serious applicants only.
