Job Title: HR Executive Location: Hapur Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager Job Summary: The HR Executive is responsible for managing key human resource functions in a hospital environment, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance with healthcare regulations, payroll coordination, training, and administrative support. This role ensures that hospital staff are effectively managed, supported, and aligned with the institutions goals, while maintaining a safe and compliant working environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes for medical, paramedical, administrative, and support staff. Liaise with department heads to assess staffing needs. Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage onboarding processes. Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain up-to-date employee records in accordance with hospital and legal requirements. Manage HR databases and ensure all licenses, certifications, and medical credentials are current. Payroll & Attendance: Assist with payroll processing in coordination with the finance department. Monitor attendance, leave management systems, and shift schedules. Training & Development: Organize orientation sessions for new employees.
