Job Title: Graphic Designer Location: Hapur Job Type: Full-Time Reports to: HOD Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, branding, and digital content creation. You will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media including web, print, social media, and marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Create visual assets such as social media graphics, website banners, email templates, and print materials. Develop and maintain brand identity across all channels. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver design solutions that meet strategic goals. Translate concepts into visually compelling designs that align with company objectives. Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines. Prepare final designs for production, ensuring accuracy and quality (print and digital). Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies. Requirements: Bachelors degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience). 4-5 years of professional design experience (entry-level or senior level can be customized). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with digital design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, layout, typography, and design thinking. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to take constructive feedback. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro). Basic understanding of HTML/CSS. Experience working in an agile or collaborative team environment.
