Our goal is to enhance learning experiences and empower both students and teachers with 21st-century skills. 🌐 Learn more: www.edugenius.in Position: Human Resource (Full Time - In-Office) Department: Recruitment Industry: EdTech (B2B – Offline) Job Summary:As an HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment as well as supporting key HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, performance processes, and engagement initiatives. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone passionate about hiring and employee experience in a fast-paced tech environment. Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition (60%)Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics. Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Use job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other sourcing platforms effectively. Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to offer. HR Operations & Support (40%)Coordinate and improve the onboarding and orientation experience for new hires. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and documentation. Support employee engagement initiatives, performance reviews, and feedback cycles. Address day-to-day HR queries from employees and assist in resolving HR-related issues. Help maintain accurate employee records and use HRIS tools to streamline processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in recruitment and/or generalist HR roles. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Google Workspace. Passion for EdTech, innovation, and people development. Preferred: Experience in a startup or tech-driven environment. Exposure to remote hiring and managing globally distributed teams.
