Role Description This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Manager role located in Ludhiana. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the role involves handling HR policies and procedures, employee engagement initiatives, and fostering a positive work environment.
