Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The HR Executive will play a key role in managing the employee lifecycle, supporting recruitment, and promoting a positive workplace culture in our hotel and restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage the full recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, offer letters). Conduct reference checks and background verifications. Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Assist in handling disciplinary actions and conflict resolution. Maintain accurate and updated employee records. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to multitask and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
