About the Role:

HR Executive US IT Staffing

Manage
end-to-end internal recruitment
for US IT Staffing positions.
Source and screen candidates using job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
Work closely with delivery and management teams to understand hiring needs and timelines.
Handle
employee onboarding
, orientation, and documentation.
Conduct
employee engagement
activities to maintain a positive workplace culture.
Maintain and update HR records, trackers, and internal databases.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Required Experience & Skills:

1+ year of experience
in internal hiring for US IT Staffing (mandatory).
Hands-on experience hiring for
Tier-1 / Prime Vendors
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and others.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Experience with onboarding and basic HR documentation processes.
