Job Description

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all HR processes, and supporting management in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance activities. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and consultants.
  • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and salary negotiations.
  • Manage onboarding formalities including documentation, background verification, and induction.

2. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Draft appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning notices, and other HR documents.
  • Maintain HR MIS, trackers, and reports.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Assist in implementing employee engagement activities, events, and welfare initiatives.
  • Address employee queries and grievances professionally.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.

4. Performance Management

  • Support annual/quarterly appraisal processes.
  • Monitor performance documentation and assist managers with evaluations.
  • Track probation reviews and confirmation processes.

5. Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory processes.
  • Maintain updated HR policies and assist in policy implementation.

6. Training & Development

  • Coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Assist in identifying skill gaps and arranging skill-enhancement sessions.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of HR operations, recruitment tools, and labour laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work under deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and organisational skills.

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (preferred).

Experience

  • 1–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist roles.
  • Experience in law firms or consulting organisations is an added advantage (optional).

Certifications (Optional but Preferred)

  • HR Analytics certification
  • Payroll Management certification
  • Labour Law compliance certification
  • MS Excel (Advanced) or MIS certification.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
